The Event is tagged 'Africa Meets Reggae & World Music Festival 2o14, Put together by Victor 'Mandator' Eshiet, a veteran Nigeria reggae musician, now based in the Usa. He has the franchise for this event from original rights owners in America. He's ably supported by the A-list reggae musicians in Nigeria who invariably made themselves available at the press conference which held this past Monday 5th Nov 2014 at an hotel in Ikeja .its actually aimed at repositioning the reggae music genre in Nigeria. The who is who in the Nigeria reggae music scene turned out for the press parley> Mandator, Ras Kimono, Majek fashek, Orits wiliki, Righteousman, Blackrise, Prince Wadada, Rymzo, King Brownman, and a brand new diva on the rise, Janilla.
The Main Event hold 29th of Nov at the hockey Pitch, National Stadium surulere lagos. Moreso, the Event Organiser Mandator, mentioned the participation of foreign reggae stars from Jamaica, America, Uk, Africa and indeed an infusion of Nigeria's new breed stars are expected to showcase their prowess @ the event.
