Everyday around us we see beggars, widows, orphaned children, and the less privileged. Sometimes, we feel this ache in our hearts to reach out and help but often we feel that we cannot do enough. These feelings are not felt by only one person, we all feel it and at Day Esteem Modelling Agency, we feel it deep in our hearts and our souls and so for the first time in Lagos, Nigeria, we present to you “Queen of Hearts” Beauty Pageant.
Queen of Hearts Beauty Pageant is a pageant designed to kick against Child Labour, discrimination of HIV/AIDS patients, domestic abuse, sexual exploitation, human trafficking, hunger, poverty and all forms of social evils that our government sometimes turns a blind eye to.
Queen of Hearts Beauty Pageant hopes to generate awareness about ulcers, diabetes, asthma, HIV/AIDS CCC (Cause, Crisis & Cure).
The Queen of Hearts is a fierce woman, brilliant, creative, beautiful, bold and of course, Nigerian.
The Queen of Hearts Beauty Pageant will begin with a sensitization seminar on each of the aforementioned social evils and diseases, which hopes to enlighten and educate the general public about the crises we face and the dire need for actions to be taken. Experts on each subject will handle the seminars and take questions as well during the event.
